We only use first quality blanks,these blanks are made for todays surfing needs with tighter closed cell structure which equates to higher density foam cores. We also work with EPOXY FOAM BLANKS , they are made in Oceanside. By combining these blanks and epoxy resin we are able to produce a lighter and stronger surfboard that not only surfs better but lasts twice as long as the regular surfboard.
We proudly use Hexell E glass,S glass, and WARP glass which have all been designed for use on surfboards. The use of Carbon fiber, Kevlar and others composites are available upon request.
