Berrymisu
Our new light and fruity creation will delight all your customers! We’ve taken three layers of white cake and soaked them with simple syrup. Each layer is then filled with a mixture of fresh raspberries, blueberries, strawberries and creamy mascarpone cheese filling. The dessert is then topped with whipped cream and powdered sugar.

Rhapsody
La Mousse’s version of the opera cake. Three layers of joconde cake filled with alternating layers of coffee butter cream and chocolate frosting. The cake is then topped with chocolate ganache and decorated with golden music notes.

Tuscany
This dessert will take you back to the old country! We’ve taken three layers of mocha cake and filled them with our famous chocolate mousse and delicious zabaglione cream. The dessert is then topped with rich chocolate ganache and cocoa.

Tangerine
Three layers of white cake filled with a refreshing tangerine curd filling and hazelnuts. We then finish this dessert with a tangerine flavored cream cheese frosting and decorate it with brightly colored swirls of frosting.

Lemon Almond
Three layers of a coconut white cake filled with almonds and tangy lemon curd. This dessert is then topped with a lemon cream cheese frosting and sliced almonds.

We are proud to introduce a new line of desserts! They are  bite size portions that are 1 1/4 X 1 1/4 and each tray contains 80 pieces. A perfect dessert for banquets, buffets or any special occasion that requires just a bite of something sweet!

Chocolate Truffle Bites
Our moist delicious chocolate brownie is baked with a blend of creamy dark chocolate and luscious cheesecake. Each bite is decorated with a half white -half dark chocolate leaf.

Cappuccino Cheese Bites
A very dense chocolate fudge cake is baked with creamy cheesecake that is mixed with imported mocha paste, espresso and cappuccino candies. Each bite is decorated with a puff of mocha frosting and sprinkled with chocolate shavings.

Dulce de Leche Bites
Our graham cracker crust is layered with crunchy butter brickle and dulce de leche cheesecake. Each bite is then decorated with a puff of dulce de leche frosting.

Lemon Blueberry Bites
A layer of moist white cake is baked with dense lemon filling that is mixed with plump blueberries. Each bite is decorated with white chocolate drizzle.

Raspberry Cheese Bites
Creamy cheesecake is blended with swirls of raspberry baked on a graham cracker crust. Marbled on top with raspberry preserves, each bite is decorated with a white chocolate puff.
