Halzelnut Torte
A combination of chocolate and hazelnuts. One layer of crushed hazelnuts, brown sugar and butter is topped with a luscious layer of our creamy chocolate mousse. The entire torte is covered with pralinosa and decorated on top with chocolate drizzle and whole hazelnuts.

Chocolate Raspberry Decadence
A buttery chocolate wafer crust is filled with a dense chocolate mousse  laced with Chambord liqueur and fresh whole raspberries, garnished with huge chocolate ganache swirls and glazed fresh raspberries.

Chocolate Violet Soufflé
One layer of moist chocolate cake is topped with our delicious chocolate mousse blended with cream of cocoa, imported mocha paste and espresso.  We cover the entire dessert with chocolate ganache frosting and then each slice is decorated with three handmade violets.

Florida Key Lime Pie
Fresh key lime juice blended with real cream poured into a vanilla and brown sugar  cookie crust and topped with a whipped cream lattice design.

The Original Chocolate Mousse
Our first dessert is still our most popular. Creamy, rich chocolate mousse is poured into a chocolate cookie crust and topped with fresh whipped cream. Handmade chocolate leaves and curls are the crowning touch for this masterpiece. Also available in a 6" version.

Apple Torte
Four pounds of fresh apples combined with cinnamon, butter and brown sugar are baked in a buttery shortbread crust.

Apple Cobbler
Our down home cobbler is made with the freshest apples, cinnamon and a delicious butter crumble topping. Plain or a la mode, your customers  will love it!

Peach Cobbler
We have taken this down home classic and added fresh peaches, brown sugar and peach puree. It's topped  with our delicious butter oatmeal crumble topping. A perfect dessert all year long.

Berry Cobbler
A mixture of strawberry, raspberry, blackberry, blueberry and boysenberry topped with a delicious crumble oatmeal topping.

Mardi Gras Fruit Tart
We start with a shortbread crust, a layer of orange marmalade and then we add a special almond cream filling mixed with peaches. The dessert is then topped with an arrangement of strawberries, blueberries, peaches, kiwi and baked. The Mardi Gras is finished with an apricot glaze.

Pecan Pie
Large pecan pieces combined with dark syrup, brown sugar and butter are poured into a buttery shortbread crust and topped with hand placed glazed mammoth pecan halves.

Mini Key Lime Tarts
A mini version of our Key Lime Pie topped with a border of fresh whipped cream.

Mini Chocolate Flourless
A dense and rich chocolate cake made without flour is baked in a four inch paper mold and dusted with powdered sugar. These individual cakes should be kept at room temperature or stored frozen. The paper mold can also be easily removed and the cake be warmed..

Our delicious new tart is a combination of fresh apples, cinnamon, butter and brown sugar baked into a buttery shortbread crust. Each tart is topped with a brown sugar crumble topping.

Mini 4 Nut Caramel Tart
(Seasonal) A flaky shortbread crust is filled with rich caramel, pecans, macadamias, walnuts and hazelnuts then finished with a border of chocolate ganache.
